2) CARROT DOULA REGISTRY
What you do: Follow Cooings’ In-Network doula matching process, interview and confirm the doula, then submit the Doula’s name and email to confirm the doula’s eligibility.
What we do: Guide you through Cooings’ In-Network doula matching process and help you submit the Doula’s name and email for eligibility confirmation.
Typical time: The review process takes 72 hours.
3) SIGN COOINGS’ CONTRACT AFTER APPROVAL
What you do: After approval, Carrot will send the approval notification and we can sign the contract.
What we do: Prepare the contract for signing after the approval notification is received.
Typical time: After approval.
4) PAY DEPOSIT AND SUBMIT INVOICE
What you do: After paying the deposit, upload the Invoice and the deposit payment receipt screenshot to the Carrot system and submit the first reimbursement request.
What we do: Provide the Invoice and support you in preparing what you need to upload for the first reimbursement request.
Typical time: After paying the deposit.
5) PAY THE BALANCE AND SUBMIT INVOICE
What you do: After paying the balance, upload the Invoice and the balance payment receipt screenshot to the Carrot system and submit the second reimbursement request.
What we do: Provide the Invoice and support you in preparing what you need to upload for the second reimbursement request.
Typical time: After paying the balance.
