What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a Client Experience & Wellness Consultant who is empathetic, an excellent communicator, and excited to guide families through their postpartum journey. This role is perfect for recent graduates in Psychology, Public Health, Healthcare, or related fields who want to build a career in client success and maternal wellness.

What You will Be Doing:

• Conduct 1:1 consultations (virtual or in-person) to understand family needs and recommend the right Cooings+ care plan.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — answering questions, coordinating care logistics, and ensuring a smooth journey.

• Build long-term relationships that drive trust, satisfaction, and referrals.

• Track and proactively improve client satisfaction; step in early to resolve potential issues. Collect client feedback and partner with operations and product teams to improve our service experience.

• Collaborate with the Education team to research and develop new maternal wellness resources, webinars, or online learning programs for clients. Optionally contribute to educational content (articles, guides, videos) that inform and engage families.

• Work with the Marketing team to support client research, help run targeted campaigns, and provide insights from the client side to improve messaging and conversion.

• A clear growth ladder: Consultant→Senior Consultant→Client Experience Lead / Product / Operations roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, Nursing, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Education, or a related field.

• Excellent written and spoken English; confident leading full consultations and communicating with diverse clients.

• Strong empathy and emotional intelligence: able to listen, understand, and build trust. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple client relationships.

• Passionate about healthcare and premium client experience. Prior internships or experience in client service, counseling, healthcare, or wellness is a plus.
