Senior Product Manager (On-site)

Established in 2023, COOINGS is a luxury maternity and baby care brand founded by senior postpartum care professionals in Orange County. We developed our own Intercultural & Doula program while adhering to ADA doula standards, delivering live-in, one-on-one postpartum care.
At COOINGS, we are redefining the postpartum experience across the U.S. Our Long-Term Value Service provides high-touch, premium support throughout pregnancy and beyond, helping families navigate recovery with confidence and care.
In 2025, COOINGS introduced COOINGS+, our luxury 5V1 stand-alone series. With an exclusive team dedicated to harmonizing body and mind, we create a serene, retreat-like postpartum experience that feels resort-level and deeply personal.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of our postpartum care products and service experiences. You will own end-to-end product outcomes, from customer discovery and roadmap definition to cross-functional execution and iteration. This role is ideal for an experienced product leader who thrives in high-touch service environments, cares deeply about customer trust, and can turn complex operations into scalable, delightful experiences.
What You Will Be Doing
Product Strategy and Ownership
Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap across core postpartum services and COOINGS+.
Define product goals, success metrics, and execution plans aligned with business strategy.
Lead product discovery through customer research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis.
Translate insights into clear requirements, PRDs, user stories, and prioritization frameworks.
Execution and Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive execution with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Client Support.
Lead planning rituals and stakeholder alignment, including roadmap reviews and launch readiness.
Ensure high-quality releases with strong operational readiness, internal training, and client-facing clarity.
Customer Experience and Service Operations
Identify friction points in the end-to-end client journey, from lead intake to care delivery and renewal.
Improve conversion, onboarding, service consistency, and retention through product and process design.
Build scalable systems for premium consultation flows, care plan configuration, and service customization.
Data, Experimentation, and Continuous Improvement
Define dashboards and analytics to track funnel performance, engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
Run experiments to improve conversion and service quality, including messaging, consultation flows, and care plan packaging.
Use data to make tradeoffs, quantify impact, and communicate results to leadership.
Qualifications
Required
5 to 10 years of product management experience, including ownership of end-to-end product delivery.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with metrics, funnels, and customer insights.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-ready product narratives and crisp requirements.
Experience building customer-facing products or service experiences with high trust requirements.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare-adjacent services, maternity, wellness, concierge services, or premium consumer experiences.
Experience with SQL, analytics tooling, experimentation, or data visualization.
Experience scaling operational workflows through product and automation.
Experience mentoring PMs or leading a small team.
