At COOINGS, we are redefining the postpartum experience across the U.S. Our Long-Term Value Service provides high-touch, wraparound care throughout pregnancy and beyond, ensuring a holistic recovery for new mothers. We create a sanctuary where both physical and emotional transformation unfold seamlessly.
In 2025, we are expanding into the healthcare sector, aligning our services with evolving insurance policies and compliance standards. We’re building a data-driven maternity care system that ensures our offerings remain modern, personalized, and fully compliant, setting a new benchmark for postpartum care in the U.S.

What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a Sales Consultant who is persuasive, empathetic, and goal-driven, and who enjoys helping families make confident decisions. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want a career in consultative sales and healthcare services.
You should be excited about:
Owning a sales pipeline from first contact to close
Running high-conversion consultations
Hitting weekly and monthly targets
Learning how premium services are sold, not just supported
What You will Be Doing:
Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification, 1:1 consultations, and closing signed agreements
Recommend the right Cooings care plan based on family needs, timeline, and budget
Manage follow-ups with a structured cadence (call, text, email, WeChat if applicable) to maximize conversion
Track pipeline stages and client notes in CRM to ensure clean handoff and reliable forecasting
Hit monthly targets (consultations booked, conversion rate, revenue closed) and handle objections with confidence
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality, onboarding experience, and retention
Growth path: Sales Consultant → Senior Sales Consultant → Sales Lead (Growth/Partnerships/Ops)

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, Nursing, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
Excellent written and spoken English; confident leading full consultations and communicating with diverse clients.
Strong sales mindset: goal-oriented, resilient, enjoys persuading and overcoming objections
Highly organized and proactive: able to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups
Empathy and emotional intelligence: able to build trust fast while maintaining a strong closing cadence
Prior internships or experience in sales, client service, healthcare, counseling, or wellness is a plus
