Cooings is a maternity care brand providing high-touch, evidence-based postpartum support to families across the United States. We focus on service quality, operational rigor, and client trust while building a scalable and thoughtful maternal-care platform.

Internship Overview

This role is designed for candidates who want real responsibility, real client exposure, and measurable outcomes rather than purely observational work. This is an unpaid internship for final-year undergraduate or graduate students who want hands-on experience in consultative sales, client engagement, and real healthcare service operations. While the internship itself is unpaid, interns are eligible for performance-based sales bonuses for successfully closed deals.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support inbound client leads and assist with initial qualification.

  • Participate in client outreach via phone, video calls, email, and messaging under guidance.

  • Observe and assist in 1:1 client consultations to learn consultative sales techniques.

  • Take ownership of assigned leads and support them through the decision-making process.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and internal notes.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve conversion workflows.

  • Assist with internal documentation, summaries, and process improvements.


  • Performance Bonus:
  • Interns are eligible for sales bonuses tied to successfully converted clients.

  • Bonus structure is clearly defined before onboarding.

  • No cap on bonuses. Performance-driven and transparent.

Requirements:
  • Must be in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. (graduating before 12/31/2026)

  • Excellent spoken English is required. Candidates must be able to confidently conduct real-time phone and video conversations with U.S.-based clients, with clear pronunciation, professional tone, and strong listening skills.

  • Strong written communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable with client-facing work, follow-ups, and handling objections professionally.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in healthcare, service operations, client success, or sales is a plus.

Work Authorization:
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. during the internship period under CPT, OPT, or other valid work authorization. (CPT / OPT supported for eligible candidates)
