Marketing Coordinator

Own day-to-day social media execution, lead generation, and brand partnership outreach for a premium maternity care brand serving families across the United States.

Cooings is a premium maternity care brand providing high-touch, evidence-based postpartum support to families across the United States. We’re building a rigorous, scalable care platform grounded in operational excellence, training quality, and client trust.

What You Will Be Doing

Social Media & Content

  • Manage and grow Cooings’ presence across Instagram, Threads, RedNote, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Create and publish engaging content including posts, Reels, and Stories while maintaining brand consistency
  • Organize and maintain the internal content and asset library

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Proactively identify and reach potential clients across platforms and log leads in CRM
  • Support client relationship touchpoints including referral outreach, Google Review management, and follow-up communications

Brand Collaborations & Influencer Relations

  • Research and reach out to potential brand partners and influencers; draft outreach proposals
  • Maintain partner and KOL relationships, coordinate gifting, and track collaboration opportunities

Events & Collateral

  • Assist with trade show and offline event planning, setup, and post-event follow-through
  • Support the design and production of marketing collateral such as brand booklets and partnership proposals
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Open to recent graduates with relevant internship or project experience.
  • Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility; an eye for brand-consistent content
  • Able to independently write engaging English social media copy and respond to client messages fluently
  • Proficient with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, RedNote), including content publishing, short-form video, and community engagement
  • Comfortable with graphic and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to consistently execute daily lead logging and client follow-up
  • Self-starter who can independently research, identify, and engage potential clients and partners

Preferred

  • Experience with brand partnership outreach or influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms
  • Prior experience supporting event execution or trade shows
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
