What You Will Be Doing

Project Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects across operations, marketing, and product
  • Maintain project timelines, task lists, and status updates to keep teams on track
  • Flag blockers early and help the team move forward

Communication & Collaboration

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Take clear notes, document decisions, and follow up on action items
  • Help prepare materials for team meetings and leadership updates

Process & Organization

  • Keep internal documentation organized and up to date
  • Assist in building repeatable workflows and templates as the company grows
  • Use data and AI tools to track project performance, surface insights, and improve how work gets done
  • Bring a detail-oriented, proactive mindset to everything you touch
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once

Preferred

  • Internship or coursework experience in project coordination, operations, or business
  • Comfortable working with data, able to read reports, spot trends, and summarize insights for the team
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline work and improve output quality
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion or Google Workspace
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
