Sales Consultant I

What You Will Be Doing
Client Consultations & Sales
- Conduct 1:1 consultations with prospective clients via phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Present Cooings care plans and pricing, tailoring recommendations to each family’s needs
- Manage a personal pipeline of leads from initial inquiry through signed contract
Relationship Building & Follow-Up
- Nurture warm leads through timely follow-ups, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners including OB/GYNs and birth centers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to weekly pipeline reviews
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–3 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking sales activity
- Empathetic listener with a genuine interest in family wellness
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or premium service sales
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Familiarity with maternity care or postpartum services
