Sales Consultant I

What You Will Be Doing

Client Consultations & Sales

  • Conduct 1:1 consultations with prospective clients via phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Present Cooings care plans and pricing, tailoring recommendations to each family’s needs
  • Manage a personal pipeline of leads from initial inquiry through signed contract

Relationship Building & Follow-Up

  • Nurture warm leads through timely follow-ups, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners including OB/GYNs and birth centers
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to weekly pipeline reviews
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in consultative or relationship-based sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking sales activity
  • Empathetic listener with a genuine interest in family wellness

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or premium service sales
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Familiarity with maternity care or postpartum services
