What You Will Be Doing
Sales Support & Outreach
- Assist senior consultants with lead qualification, scheduling, and follow-up communications
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media
- Shadow 1:1 client consultations and participate in sales training sessions
CRM & Reporting
- Log all lead interactions and update pipeline status in CRM daily
- Prepare weekly activity summaries and contribute insights during team meetings
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn consultative sales techniques
- Organized and reliable with attention to detail
Preferred
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, or maternity services
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
