Senior Product Manager II
Lead product strategy and execution for Cooings’ care platform — shaping the tools that power doula matching, client consultations, and end-to-end service delivery.

Cooings is a premium maternity care brand providing high-touch, evidence-based postpartum support to families across the United States. We’re building a rigorous, scalable care platform grounded in operational excellence, training quality, and client trust.
What You Will Be Doing
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product roadmap for Cooings’ care platform, aligning with business goals and user needs
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product direction
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and set quarterly OKRs
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to ship features on time and at quality
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product metrics and iterate based on data and client feedback
Stakeholder Communication
- Present product updates, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Serve as the voice of the user across the organization, advocating for client and doula experience
Qualifications
Required
- 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, marketplace, or service platforms
- Proven track record of shipping products from 0→1 and iterating at scale
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
Preferred
- Experience with consultation-led or high-touch service products
- Familiarity with maternity care, postpartum services, or health-tech
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
